Formulation of Multichannel Retail Strategy for Taylor's Tools
Taylor's Tools is a family run business, established in 1967, that sells a wide range of products including all types of new and used all terrain vehicles, garden machinery, and professional power and hand tools.
One of Taylor's Tools major suppliers invited them to participate in a multichannel retail program, that enabled them to gather sales orders and enquiries via the manufacturer's website. With only a basic web presence, and no experience of online marketing, they approached Silvabokis for advice.
Working with James Davies of Taylor's Tools, we formulated a strategy that was designed to maximise the amount of sales generated. The main driver of the strategy was a sophisticated Google Adwords advertising campaign that drove customers to exactly the products they were looking for on the manufacturer website.
The campaign was so successful that Taylors Tools immediately became the biggest multichannel retail partner in the UK, and shortly afterwards became the most successful partner in Europe.
